A big birthday week for the WolfCAC! Corey celebrated his birthday this past Tuesday, AJ will celebrate her birthday tomorrow, and Jordan will celebrate her birthday on Saturday! 🥳🥳🥳

Attention current, future, and past advisers‼️ We will be sharing NC State CAC alumni updates so you can learn from, aspire to, and connect with their networks.

This week, Jessica Caudle, a former adviser at Franklinton High School!

My love for college is what led me to the College Advising Corps. I wanted to share the growth and joy I experienced in college with high schoolers that are often burned out, fearful, and under-supported through the college application process. If I could show support and provide advice, maybe they’d feel comforted to know that college is not only attainable but well worth the challenge.

Today the WolfCAC is meeting virtually for our February conference, and we played a little game in between sessions! I had a secret face to describe to my teammates & they were to draw the face solely based on my description. After their drawings were complete, we compared their doodles to my real image! How do you think they did? 😂👍

Hello, everyone! I am Jordan Bingham, a 2nd year adviser, serving Wallace-Rose Hill High School in Duplin County, NC. I will be taking over the Instagram this week to show you a sneak peek into my day-to-day life as a college adviser.

This week, Maria Martinez, a former adviser at Heide Trask High School!

Yesterday, advisers Chris and Kris celebrated their birthdays! We appreciate all the expertise and energy you two bring to our team! 🥳

One of the things I am most proud of this year at Franklinton High School is the number of college acceptances my students have already received. This wall is a reminder to teachers that their work matters, to underclassmen that success is attainable, and to our seniors that they deserve to be celebrated. We need this wall more than ever this year, and I’m so proud to be building a college-going culture in my school.
