Nicole Ditillo

Bio

Nicole Ditillo serves as the program director for the NC State College Advising Corps. After completing her undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College, Nicole served as a college adviser with the Pennsylvania College Advising Corps in rural Huntingdon County, PA. Nicole’s experience as a college adviser ignited her passion for college access, and led her to pursue her graduate studies in Higher Education at NC State University. She completed her doctoral degree in Educational Research and Policy Analysis at NC State, studying college persistence among rural college students. In both her work and research, Nicole continues to strive towards enhancing educational opportunities for rural, low-income, and underrepresented populations.
