Bio
Nancy Sierra is a graduate student in the Masters of Higher Education Administration program at NC State. She serves as the Graduate Assistant for the NC State College Advising Corps. Nancy graduated from Hope College in 2020 with a BA in Communications and minors in English and American Ethnic Studies. Upon graduation, she worked with the Phelps Scholars Program as the Graduate Intern at her alma mater. Her experiences as a first-generation Latina have been instrumental in her passion for DEI, student engagement, and educational equity and access.
