Yaz is a first generation, college student, who graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a bachelor’s in science and psychology. During her time at UNCG she was a chair on the event planning board for Activities and Campus Events (ACE). She is originally from Brooklyn, New York, and moved to North Carolina to go to school. As a college advisor, Yaz hopes to assist students with their post-secondary plans and is excited to not only work with and get to know the students but their families as well.
