Nicole Ditillo, Ph.D.

Director, NC State College Advising Corps

Nicole Ditillo serves as the Program Director for the NC State College Advising Corps. After completing her undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College, Nicole served as a college adviser with the Pennsylvania College Advising Corps in rural Huntingdon County, PA. Nicole’s experience as a college adviser ignited her passion for college access, and led her to pursue her graduate studies in Higher Education at NC State University. She completed her doctoral degree in Educational Research and Policy Analysis at NC State, studying college persistence among rural college students. In both her work and research, Nicole continues to strive towards enhancing educational opportunities for rural, low-income, and underrepresented populations.

Rob McAuliffe

Assistant Director, NC State College Advising Corps

Rob McAuliffe is joining the NC State College Advising Corps team with 10 years of experience as a school counselor in both the high school and middle school settings. As a first-generation college student, Rob received his undergraduate degree from Rice University in Houston, Texas, and his Master’s degree in Counseling from UNC Chapel Hill. He is passionate about increasing college access for underserved populations and is looking forward to sharing his experiences from varying school environments with the advisors to help them in their professional growth and development.

Ryan Reddick

Business Officer, NC State College Advising Corps and Juntos programs

Ryan Reddick serves as the Business Officer of the NC State College Advising Corps & Juntos program. He provides financial, budget, and administrative support for the program. Ryan completed his undergraduate degree from Norfolk State University. Ryan, a native of Raleigh, is no stranger to NC State, having previously worked in the University Advancement Finance & Business Office & the Center for Geospatial Analytics.

Nancy Sierra

Graduate Assistant

Nancy Sierra is a first-year graduate student in the Masters of Higher Education Administration program at NC State. She serves as the Graduate Assistant for the NC State College Advising Corps. Nancy graduated from Hope College in 2020 with a BA in Communications and minors in English and American Ethnic Studies. Upon graduation, she worked with the Phelps Scholars Program as the Graduate Intern at her alma mater. Her experiences as a first-generation Latina have been instrumental in her passion for DEI, student engagement, and educational equity and access.
